In Memory of Dave Holden
It is with great sadness that we remember Dave Holden, a much-loved and respected member of our pool community.
Dave's involvement in pool began in Devon in 1985. He started as a player before becoming a referee, Devon Chair and ultimately Region 6 Director. He also served as an EPRA referee, officiating at local and national events, and worked tirelessly for the players of our region throughout his years of service.
Following his retirement, Dave was honoured by the EPRA as a Life President. In 2016, he was admitted to the EPA Roll of Honour in recognition of his outstanding contribution to our organisation.
Dave will be remembered not only for his dedication to pool, but also for the person he was. He leaves behind many fond memories, lasting friendships and a valued legacy within our pool family.
Rest in peace, Dave. Thank you for everything you gave to our game.
The funeral is on Tuesday 6th October at 12:30pm at the Park Crematorium, Oreston, Plymouth with a wake at the Kings Arms.
